Is a bowl of oatmeal good for breakfast each morning?

What is good for lunch ? for supper ? And how soon after you wake up should you have breakfast ?

-You could try a bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp spoon of cinnamon and some raspberries on top- that’d be a good breakfast. -A good lunch might be a wrap with lettuce and tomatoes and chicken inside and a glass of milk or a yoghurt cup. -Dinner could be a piece of pork tenderloin or chicken or some other piece of meat (palm sized) with steamed broccoli, carrots and celery. You would also need snacks as well. And I usually eat 30 minutes after I wake up (if I don’t go for a run- if I do then it’s an hour), but I don’t really think it matters.

Yeah, very. Oatmeal is pretty healthy and has a good source of many nutrients (vitamin E, zinc, iron, etc). For lunch, you could have a sandwich with turkey, lettuce, and tomato on whole wheat bread. That would contain grains and vegetables, and turkey is pretty healthy compared to some other lunch meat. For dinner, maybe grilled chicken and vegetables?

Yes oatmeal is a great breakfast… a bowl of oatmeal, with cinnammon, sugar or nutmeg with rasins, cranberries and nuts yum! I think that a good lunch would be a sandwich with turkey meat, lettuce, tomato on whole wheat bread or maybe even a tuna pasta salad… which is tuna fish (in water), with maonise, pepper and pasta.. yummmy dinner could be a turkey burger, chicken breast or a salad something light…… and for snacks you can have fresh fruit and in the morning you could have that fruit smothie :)
