Does eating two bowls of cereal at night make me gain weight?do you know how I can loose this weight fast

Nope - but you cant just eat at night. You need to be pacing your meals throughout the day, breakfast is super important.

yea I always hate when I go to bed hungry but my mom always tells me that it will make you gain weight

cereal is supposed to be eaten in the morning mainly because it contains so many sugars and fibers, that need to be burned off during the day,
they say to eat a big breakfast, a regular lunhc, and a smaller supper, because you dont get as much excersize at night time, so it wont get burnt off.
so basically eating anything with calories, or high sugar is not good for you.

I am on a diet right and I have like 800 calories during the day and then sometimes eat a bowl cereal at night to increase my calories and a I lose weight easily so it wont make you fat if you watch what you eat during the day.

Eat hot dogs at night, cereal is just so bad!
