cereal is supposed to be eaten in the morning mainly because it contains so many sugars and fibers, that need to be burned off during the day,
they say to eat a big breakfast, a regular lunhc, and a smaller supper, because you dont get as much excersize at night time, so it wont get burnt off.
so basically eating anything with calories, or high sugar is not good for you.
