How to tell my mom I want birth control?

so I need to tell my mom that I think it is time for me to go on birthday control.
but I dont know how too.

just I straight out ask her.
or leave her a note or send her a txt. I don't know.

Just tell your mom that you think it would be a good idea if you go on birth control. Say you want it so you can have more regulated periods. She will probably rather you be safe then anything! Good luck!

you dont need to ask your mom, just call the local helth department, thell give it to you for free and wont tell your parents as long as you are 15 or older
