well, I have a friend who is also vegetarian! she eats basically grilled cheese, peanut butter sandwiches, pancakes, and macaroni and cheese! she never seems to be hungry, and I swear that is all she eats!
eat eggs... that's got proteins. and so do some seeds and nuts.
eggs are meat they are unborn chickens...peanuts are good and same with starchy foodys they will make you full oh and try begetarian meat they are sooo good my sis use to be vegetarian and I ate her veggy meat more then regular meat mmm
sorry I didnt eat them more then real meat but they tasted better then real meat and now I wish I had one lol

I decided to be vegitarian 2 years ago. I am successfully a vegitarian but im always hungry, and my parents always say that I am unhealthy. Any advice on how to get enough protein and stop being hungry while being vegetarian?
