Bad sunburn!

normally I'm really good about sunscreen but I never get a tan so I skipped it and I got a horrible sunburn! I tried everything from a cold bath to after sun lotion to aloe vera gel but nothings helping! it even hurts to the point were changing hurts...

and sleeping is impossible! my shoulders are a little bubbly too! whats going on and how can I fix it so I can sleep again?

just relax, try rubbing it and putting your self to sleep...
try putting lotion on
just dont think about it, and try to go to sleep...
thats what I do.

I get burnt like that all the time...I'm basically as white as a ghost, lol.
there's a moisturizer I use that has aloe vera in it and it feels amazing. you can apply it as often as you want and it really makes your skin feel better without getting you all greasy like regular aloe

sounds like you got blisters...

you'll have to wait it out.

in the meanwhile take some ice (in cold water) and rub it over your shoulders and wherever it pains...

and then a lotion with aloe vera in it...such as johnnsons and johnnsons after sun lotion should also help.

also add some baking soda to a cold bath, that helps for the pain and drink ibuprofen...that'll also ease the discomfort.
