When I found out I was pregnant, I had to change my eating habits majorly! I'm a fast food person all the way! The first thing I cut out was soda. I just kept telling myself how bad it was for me! After about a week of thinking that the stores were all tourmenting me with those coke pyramids (like the ones at wal mart) I finally just realized that juice and tea were fine.. as far as fast food goes.. I've cut out everything except KFC.. which im having major problems with! hahaha
