Don't eat the boring salad everyday, but make your meals more creative with lots of vegetables. Don't weigh yourself all the time. Go by your pants and not the scale. When your pants start to feel loose, well, your losing. I brush my teeth a lot throughout the day because I don't like to eat after brushing. So when I get the urge to eat betwee meals, I just brush.
