Have you tried epicurious.com or cooking.com, or recipes.com? I think most of those have pretty good recipe search engines.

One recipe I like is spinash, sauteed with garlic, lemon, and a dash of salt & peper. Saute the garlic first in a tablespoon of olive oil (crushed garlic works best) and then saute the fresh spinach after removing the stems, add a dash of salt & pepper, and the lemon towards the end.

im not a vegetarian, but im calorie consious and I've come up with this really good soup recipie. boil low sodium vegtable broth in a sauce pan the add choped oinion, celery, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Then, add about a cup of skim milk, and let it all boil, then add 2 Tbs of cornstarch to thicken it. and you'll have creamy vegtable soup in like 5 min. and Its sooo tasty and like 220 cal. for the whole pot of it. hope this helped
