Am I too thin?

Hi, my name is sam I am 5’7 and I weigh a light 98lbs (I am male) I have struggled with anorexia and I now really want to put on weight but my cpn and dietician are not that helpfull. Can anyone help me to put on weight with out constantly feeling sick and bloated because that makes it really hard and I end up feeling really yucky and disgusting. Please people I am begging you, what should I dooo

You could try nourishmenrt drinks (protein drinks), my partner is very underweight he is male like you so I got him to take these drinks his intake of the drink is 450 cals, he has liek 2 cans per day alongside 3 healthy meals with resonable amounts of fat and it works, he gained like half a stone in 2 1/2 weeks. Sorry I cant think of anything else, just try it and see how it goes.
