how can I lose weight help!!! but I said this 3 times. can anyone please tell me what exersice would best lose 20 POuNDS!!!

Losing weight,for me, is easy! I lost 14 lbs. without meaning to!!! Just run more, eat less (PLEASE don't go crazy with that one!LOL!), and my #1 secret...STOP TELLING YOURSELF TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! Good Luck!

Truthfully, become a vegetarian. It worked for me and abour 3 others that I know. a lot of times (if you excercise as well) you will see results very quickly.

Well running will help or doing a few crunches on a rubber ball... BUT. Remember to not cut into your eatting habits. Just put yourself on a healthy diet. But don't starve yourself.

You want to aim to lose at a healthey rate of 1.5-2lbs a week and start off by the week before you diet write everything you eat in a book then after the week is up try finding out which foods you did need and which you didnt you may be quite amazed how much has been eaten I was when I did this then dont think of it as a diet it could put you off think of it as cutting down and also record down a week after the diet of food so you can compare and contrast and dont forget to add in 30 mins of exercise 5 times a week for an adult (UK Recommened) I dont know where your from but if your not from UK im guessing that is similar to other country recomendations.
