Answer #1

im da same way I can not sleep but I usually end up falling asleep around 4:30 or 5:00 and I can not sleep without a tv on or radio/ipod

Answer #2

Even thought people say this isnt good for you but I do it anyway. I put headphone on and listen to music, I usually put the volume high, but it makes me sleepy and I fall asleep

Answer #3

NOOO! Never eat before bed. It’s not good for your body. Do you nap during the day? When do you get up in the morning? Sometimes when I can’t fall asleep I read with a dim light, that really makes my eyes heavy and I end up falling asleep with book in hand.

=) I have sleeping problems as well

melatone or however the freak you spell it really does help

it makes your body calm down

most of the reason why you probably can’t sleep is because your mind is thinking and it causes you to want to keep thinking about that/those subjects

either take melatone

or find out what’s bothering you

your probably just really stressed most of the time like I am

it sucks!

Dear sister I think when you go to bed, read any book which you dont have interest. yours syllabus(college books) can help you because you know they are so boaring. but the second option is much better.which I m telling you just pray to GOD or recite some thing which is related to your religion.and praise to God and thank him that he give you life and make a human being.so it make you relax and can be help in sleep:)

GOD BLESS you SISTER YOURS BROTHER IDEA_420

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!

You might try Melatonin. It is not a prescription and can be found in the vitamin section of most stores. It is a natural product in the body that helps a person fall asleep. I find that one at bedtime and I’m asleep in less than 30 minutes and remain asleep for 6 to 8 hours. It is non-addictive and not habit forming.

Another thing is to make sure you get plenty of exercise during the day and don’t eat anything for a couple of hours before going to bed.

Well. If you go to sleep with things on your mind that could be keeping you awake. I also have a problem sleeping at night, but I main can’t asleep because I have to much running through my mind. I did the whole Nyquil thing then when I stopped it only made me get very bad headaches. Then my friend was giving me seroquel, thinking it was a sleeping pill only to find out it was a mood stablizer I deff stopped that. Best thing I can suggest is go talk to you doctor. He will be able to get you a prescrition right for you.

Answer #8

ahahaha… I’m like that too sometimes!! - but after an hour of not being able to sleep… I wouldn’t stay in bed!! I’d go downstairs and watch a movie =P… then fall asleep on the couch!! =) but to answer your question on what you can eat to make you sleep… the only thing I can think of is NightQuil (did I spell that right…lol?) - it whipes me out right away!! - but I wouldn’t recomend it… if you’re not sick! =P

Answer #9

haha thanks you guys!!!

Answer #10
