I think it can. I think you need to have it plugged into a receiving modem though.

no it cant..

dial up is nasty for playing games online, youll be plagued with lag, lag and even more lag.

dial up isnt fast enough to handle it.

i use to lag like anything with 512kbps with a upload of summet stupid like 0.2kbps.

the games will be unplayable.

This, definitely. Xbox Live doesn’t even work well with a bit of a slower high speed connection. It doesn’t work well with the university internet for that reason. Dial-up would make your Xbox want to commit su!cide.

I actually use dial-up at home with my Xbox 360. I lagged like three times a month. The days i did not lag i can assure you my brother, my sister, and my dad would all use the Internet at the same time.
