Workout music?

Does any one know sum good upbeat music to workout to like katdeluna whine up etc?

It depends on the workout. If you’re doing aerobics, you want something that will take your mind off the repetitive task at hand - something with complexity to it, but that also has a beat that won’t throw off your rhythm.

If you’re doing weight training, you want something that makes you angry and rebellious. This will help pump up your adrenaline so you can push harder.
