I had an interview at an animal hospital the other day. They called me back and said they wanted me to come in again this weekend for a working interview. What exactly is a working interiew?

usually this means that they are going to give you some tasks to do or that you are going to follow someone around on the job for a while. Basically, they want to see how you will act on the job.
