Why are these word unique?

why are ‘antics’ and ‘ideals’ unique words?

Well, last night I tried anagrams, comparisons, writing them in capitals, writing them backwards, counting letters, counting vowels… and got nowhere! I’m guessing the fact that they are both plural may be relevant somehow, but I could be going the wrong way… Thanks for the challenge!

Thanks for your responses ‘Flossheal’ and ‘Bubblicious’. You both obviously like a challenge. I am most impressed that anyone would think my question is interesting! I made this question up myself and I think it has the right level of difficulty to keep people guessing for a while, but will not allow your mind to explode (like some net brain teasers!). Have fun!
