Ok so I have dramatically increased my excericise and cut down on the crap food, will this delay or stop my periods or make them lighter? Also is there anything I can take apart from the pill to stop them for one time only, otherwise I will be on a 10 hour plane flight during my heaviest day and that would suck because I hate plane toilets I hate public toilets I hate flying and it would be sooo cramped
I dont think soo... but if you dont eat very much as you use too and are losing lots of weight and stuff you can lose your period for a while or it becomes lighter... I hardly never ate and my period was always about 7 days now its only about 3 or 4 days!!! but now I am eating goOd I guess...=]... but my peroid is still 3 to 4 days sooo if you hardly ever eat there is a chance that you can lose your peroid... but if you cut down on crap/junk food and is exercising good on a daily base you cant not lose your peroid its call heathly eating!!!=]]]
Well I don't think there is anything you can do to stop it, but when I had a really bad period I went to the doctor and well she told me you can go to the dollar store and get the PMS pills and take up to 800mgs which is 4 pills if you get the PMS ones... I did it and I was sooo relieved!!! It makes it a LOT lighter also I find it if I exercise while im on mine it always goes faster and normally lighter! Hope this helps!! Good Luck!!!
