I have known this guy for almost 3 years. We dated for a yr and then broke up now we are back together. The first time we were together he was really sweet to me but now he isnt.

Second time around relationships usually are never the same. Obviously there was a reason you broke up in the first place, and apparently hes acting like he just doesnt care anymore.
