Sorry to disagree with you but that's not true... You want your urine to be straw yellow for you to call it healthy. Also, having large consumption of water in a short period of time can lead to water intoxication but that's on a lighter note. Clear and frequent urination is a sign of diabetes... Or you can be drinking a bit to much water. The clearer your urine is, on top of frequent urination and large water consumption are all signs of diabetes. its best to check with your doctor though. The part about it being too yellow is true... I believed that's caused by to much metabolized protein, correct me if I'm wrong.
Its nothing to worry about if its not frequent...
The more fluids you take in, the more you'll...excrete. If you're taking water pills or drinking lots of fluids, you'll make numerous trips to the throne.

Have you been drinking a lot of water?...because that will make it almost clear.
Sounds like you are drinking to much water/fluid.
