Why don't people just wait for sex?

I don’t know what the perfect age is. Obviously if you reside in the us they say 18 the legal age. There are so many other countries that have much differernt laws. I don’t know if there is a perfect age. I’m not saying a young age is good. Just that it’s going to happen despite what you all would like to see or hear about.

So in my opinion all you can do is discourage it, but at the same time educate and provide protection for those that seek it, without making a big issue out of it with the parental consent thing. Because it’s going to happen, and I’d rather it be safe then unexpected and disease free as well.

You religous freaks need to also realize that your son or daughter is not perfect and have urges as well. It is a much different day and age than when you grew up. Again I’m not saying tell them to cut loose, but don’t close the door on them either and shut them out. Keep an open mind. Life throughs us all for a loop.

Some of them just think ti’s cool to have sex. Some of them - no let me correct myself ALL of them, just don’t know the consequences of it. And some of them say that they’re in love like that’s an exuse. I’m in love at this day and age. But you don’t see me running off and haivng sex. I have fun with the person I’m in love with just by hanging out with them Not having sex with them. They have to wait unitl marriage for that. And also, having sex before marriage, honestly just weakens a relationship. Most teens think that it’ll make their relationship stronger. And some just want physical pleasure. I’ve also asked a question about that. I asked why so many young girls and guys giv eup their virginity SO SO young. Like one person came on here, she was 15, but she had been having sex since she was 11. And she was asking if it was okay to be having sex at age 11. Can you believe that?!

Desperate to be loved, and accepted!

sum teens have sex because they’re stupid and don’t want to accept that there can be consquences… but who’s to say what age u fall in love?.. who’s to say that because only if your older u fall in love? why can’t it be like.. “the younger u fall in love, the more years u spent with your love”? so other teenagers have sex because they think or are truely in love at their age. but to make it clearer on what I meant.. I’m talkin about 16 years and older think or are in love.. and also I too think sex at a very young age is wrong. and by young age I meant 14 and younger.

Lack of hobbies, lack of knowledge, eagerness to prove (im)maturity, etc.

Because of the hormones.
