I'm on birth control not to have sex but for other reasons. But like I cry about everything that I would have just blown off before. And I eat like crazy.I wan't to know how to make it stop and why does it do that?

birth control pills work with hormones. The usual ones put pregnancy hormones in you body. So your body will believe it's already pregnant and will not produce any fertile egg cells. But it always messes up with your natural hormone system. Some women have problems getting pregnant after they stop using the pill. My sister in-law had only 4 periods per year after she stopped using the pill. If you are sensitive towars hormone medication, this will possibly influence your moods. I agree with help mommy. Talk to your doc.

You should realy discuss these things with the doctor that gave you the birth control. But you need to remember that your birth control is considered a medication and all medications have some side effects. So make your doctor aware of the side effects that your having. I'm guessing that you'll probably be placed on something else that will work better for your body. Just remember to communicate with you doctor open and honestly that way you can work through this together... communication is very important. ~~many blessings~~
