Why Do The Anngels wear a number 34 on their uniforms??

so I’ve been watching the playoffs and im wonder why all the players have a number 34 on on their uniforms

yea the guy who died he was an AWSOME player.. it was really sad when he died.. he died I think last season but yea its to commemrate him… it was his debut game and rite after tath he died
