Why can some people dish things out, but they cant take anything back…?!

because most of them are insecure about themselves making other people feel weaker makes them feel stronger usually people grow out of this childish behaviour when they finnish highschool

Because they are weak. Because they are not confident with themselves. Because they are most likely unhappy with themselves or life in general. Because they think their opinion is the ONLY opinion.
