Dear brokenxxx, It’s not normal to cry this way…you could be having a problem with your hormones. You need to see a doctor so he can do some testing for hormones. If this is not the issue then you may be suffering from the blues. This is different from depression…the blues don’t last long and you can function at school and other places. Depression usually last a few months straight and you feel no happiness or motivation. Sue…good luck

Maybe deep down something is truly troubling you. Try writing down wht you are thinking or doing at the time you start crying. Maybe it is something that is resurfacing from childhood. Once you have a log talk with your parents friends relatives and possibly a therapist about it. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Hope it helps.

Answer #3

Your questions give the answer. You ask about pregnancy. Yes, being pregnant changes your whole hormone composure. It is definately the hormones and it’s normal. So go ahead and cry. It’s really okay. You will stop when you stop being pregnant and your hormones go back to normal. After delivering a baby it may still linger for another few weeks but it will go away.
