Why do blondes have the reputation of being stupid?

My sisters blonde and she’s smart.

I’m a brunette and smart but I don’t listen. Haha. =]

I have no idea, because they needed to pick a superior human that can be identified easily to make jokes about and won’t get upset by it!!! haha But yeah no clue… My IQ is 162 and im Blonde… hmmm

it has something to do with the roots and the brain, I think… but not all blondes are stupid… I mean, my moms smart, and shes a cop… shes not stupid by far..

It what we think because the media gives up a negative image of it and therefore people are very steroptypical of blondes. Honestly you can’t judge someone by their hair color. I’ve been blonde for my whole life and yes people do think I’m dumb even adults. In my advanced placement class for physics my teacher the first day asked if I was in the right place. I was so offened that I dropped the class the next day. I think there are a lot of blondes who actually increase the blonde stereotype by making themsleves seem stupid and they need to honestly realize they are making themselves look bad. But speaking as a blonde and knowing smart blondes we are far from stupid

cause blonde hair is considered most beautiful in most cultures and so you cant really be beautiful and smart, so they think blondes are bron and no brains I guess.

But my friend is a genius, and is living proof that blondes can be really really smart.lol she couldve skipped a grade if she wanted to but, decided she’ll take all the AP classes she could instead.lol

Well… there is Paris Hilton too. Ahahahahaha. =]
