Your cherry aka hymen is just some tissue in your vaginal opening. Some women are born without one, a partial one and sometimes the tissue covers the vaginal opening entirely causes sex to be painful and usually results in surgery to fix the problem.

If you are having sex, penile to vaginal contact without protection then yes you can become pregnant. The hymen has nothing to do with your fertility.
