why can't i get pregant?

My husband and i have been trying to have a baby for about a year know,and i am wondering why can’t i get pregent.Weboth have been to the doctor and evervything is fine with the both of us.What other step can i take to become pregant.

Fertility varies from women to women, since the doctor has confirmed everthing is fine, maybe try getting a second opinion just to make sure, but the only thing i can think of is making sure you have sex when you ovulate, but you prob already know that.
