  Are they violating the ToU?

  Comments and questions do not get deleted unless they are an offence to the site guidelines.

  Hmm, I'm not sure why your comments would be deleted unless you broke the terms of use. Or, your comments are hidden.

  If the profile was removed, the comments get removed too...
