Why are geese so loud?

so im sitting out here on my deck and… WONK! WONK! WONK! sooo annoying!!

Geese are very vocal, and they travel in groups (except for spring) Geese use their honks to communicate with eachother food, warnings, ect

I have no idea, probably cause they are chatting to each other in their own way.

Did you know that the sound that they make usually does not echo. hehe.

I know how you feel. A few times they wake me up in the morning. God made them the way we are so there’s nothing we can really do about it…
