so im in volleyball and I've had like four really bad games in a row and im one of the starters on my team so I don't want to lose my spot and anyway I asked my coach what im doin wrong and she said that I shouldn't b nervous (which I am sometimes) and not to say sorry a lot (which I do) but I just want to know some GOOD tips and nothing stupid like the basic stuff because I know all that THAnX
pump up music before the game? it gets rid of ALL my nerves. but make sure its a song you like and that it is loud enough that you cant hear anything going on around you.
