I am 27, I am fairly healthy. I am 17 weeks pregnant. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I have had a messed up life, and made 100's of bad choices. I hate being angry, I hate being sad, but it seems that I always am in a bad mood. What can I do to enjoy life again?
Pregnancy hormones can make you much more anxious and moody. Everyone around you should be extra understanding now. It doesn't hurt to apologize if you snap at someone or say harsh words.
