Who should I tell?

You should talk to a guidence counselor because he/she can help you and your friend. A teacher just teaches you stuff. But if a counselor is not someone you think she doesnt really trust, then you should talk to a trusted teacher.

I know that I had the same problem as your friend and I know that I didnt want anyone to find out but my friends knew… maybe she just needs someone to talk to and just to listen to what she has to say.. I know that when I talked to my friends that that made me feel better and it made me talk more about it then cutting and keeping all the things that hurt inside.
