Who noticed the typo in "behind the paint" by violent j?
Did anyone notice the typo in “behind the paint” by violent j? The first chapter is called “the butterfly” yet at the bottom of the first chapters pages it says “the butterly”..don’t get me wrong I love the book, I just noticed the misprint and wanted to know if anyone else noticed it..
It’s not unusual for typos to make it through into final printings. Authors and editors are human, too, and are bound to let mistakes through every once in a while.
I used to circle all the typos in all my books, but when people borrowed them and saw all the circles, I had to explain to them what an unabashed grammar Nazi I was, and it got awkward. So I stopped.
yea..I know they’re just human..and im not dawgin on em 4 the typo…I was just shocked that they printed over 50,000 copies of a book that said “butterly” instead of “butterfly”…
