Who is an expert on piercings!! Please help asap?

Okay, so I pierced my own nose with a normal earring and somehow fit a normal earring back in it, but I’m so scared it may get infected and I don’t know if this normal earring is okay, please anyone who is an expert with this stuff help! I need to know exactly what to do!

Go buy a nose ring. They don’t have backs for a reason. The back of an earring can come off and get inhaled. This can cause choking or other damage.

Doctors have found backs of earrings and other foreign material in peoples lungs who complained of sever coughing for months.

Go get a nose ring/stud and just be sure to keep the area clean.

well, im not an expert but I have my ears pierced 3 times on each and I pierced the third one by myself, First, did you clean the earing and your hands and stuff before you did it? that helps reduce the risk of infection. But to help it not get infected you need to wash your hands before you touch it. Also CLEAN IT with peroxide or alchol. Or sea salt mixed in with warm water. Clean it at least 3 times a day. Make sure you dont just take it out. Because germs can ger stuck in it and be bad. Hope this helps :)
