I must confess that I bite my toenails from time to time. I realize it is disgusting. But have done it for so long I dont pay attention. oes anyone else do this or am I the only one???/

I’m a guy who has always bitten my fingernails and toenails to the nub. I bite my toenails only in private but wear flip flops in warm weather, which makes people sometimes remark about my short bitten toenails. But it doesn’t bother me. I bite my fingernails when and where I feel like it and in public. But it’s who I am. I’m hard wired to bite my nails and accept myself that way. So do most people I know.
