Who can give some advice? 13, and I can't fit into an adult bra?

oh my fricking god…really your 13 your not an 18 year adult your a 13 year old kid whos only JUST started puberty I dont mean to sound rude but why are you freaking out about not being able to fit into an ADULT sized bra when your still a kid and your breasts have only just began to develop? they will reach there full size by the time you are around 18-21 years old breasts take YEARS to develop so you need to be patient they will finnish developing when you finnish going through puberty and youve barely even begun it also dont compare yourself to other 13 year old kids because every girl develops at different rates and breast size is mostly determined by your GENES

Well don’t worry about what is normal for whatever age, because we are all different, there isn’t really a ‘normal’ so comparing yourself to other girls your age won’t help.

We all start growing and maturing at different times, for some girls it’s younger than 13, for others it’s later than that. Point is you just have to let nature take it’s course. You’re only just starting to develope and have a good few years ahead of you, so I wouldn’t worry about it too much.

I know it’s easy to feel insecure but just keep in mind that you’re just at the start.

ok if you want bigger boobs try and find a padded bra or some toning excersices for your arms and they also help create muscle in your boobs and they might get bigger but other then that I wear a 38 d and its hard running in p.e and im 15 and big boobs run in my family and some times I wish they wear smaller but the good thing is I can stil wear the cute bras and such but when I was your age I was a b or c and trust me I wish I had smaller boobs lol but remember you do still have growing to do

I have to agree with pretty much everything that has already been said. I had the same problem when I was your age (I’m 21 now) and I was always really embarrassed because a lot of the girls would make fun of the fact that I was as flat as a board. My boobs didnt begin to really develop until I was in my Sophmore or junior year of highschool and even then I was still a 36A. I’m now about a 34C, but I’m pregnant so I can expect to get bigger :(. You could try pushup bras, they work wonders.
Anyways, I hope this helped and dont worry about it. You will develop.
