Ok guys I’ve been sick for almost a year and next month I will be finished with my treatment and everything and I’ve been reaaally bored all this time, I need suggestions of things I must experience at least once in my life. uh oh someone is getting crazy soon lol suggestions as adventure stuff, food and places to go or anything you consider amazing is welcome!

Food - Sushi (everyone needs to try sushi)

Any indian food (the bright colors in the food are so fun!)

Or learn to cook yourself (its so fun learning how to make different dishes for yourself or loved ones and learning to cook things from different countries and cultures can be really interesting when you learn about the history of traditional dishes)

Travel - Australia, my father is in the navy and was stationed overseas in oz. I visit them every year and it is always amazing. The life style is so laid back and if you enjoy being outdoors you will really enjoy the visit. The entire continent is beautiful and the cities are so unique!

I looked to see where you lived because I wasnt sure if you were from the states or not and I see your from california so I’d also suggest visiting somewhere on the east coast (like here in georgia!) I’ve lived in california and seeing the difference between here and there is so interesting. The cultural differences will blow your mind (and we’re still in the same country!) come get a taste of our southern hospitality and home cooking :d

Activities- I definately agree with in_omnia_paratus, get a pet! My dog has been an amazing addition to my life and I wouldnt trade her for the world.

Get a piercing or tattoo. Be smart about it though. Get something to show where you’ve been or the struggles you’ve faced (and how you came out on top!)

Take pictures of everything. You will cherish them so much later on.

And despite what lexaluvsdancee says, theme parks can actually be a lot of fun, especially with that special someone to hold onto ;) I particularly enjoyed legoland in california

Grow a garden, flowers, vegetables, fruit, whatever! (my mother “grew” a garden of china dishes while we were growing up, she just thought they looked pretty arranged like flowers)

I wish you the best of luck with your new start and hope you find some terrific adventures alone the way.

Cheers!

I love nature honestly..Im thinking about going to Guatemala to the Mayan Ruins and hiking volcanoes and all that sounds reall ycoool and I was thinking about going to Australia at the end of this year :) but well after you kicked cancer’s arse you feel like you need to live your life ! Canooing sounds fun, I’ve done it a few times but it’s been a while since I dont do it so yay :) I want to go sky diving as well haha just stuff like that.. I need :P like really crazy adventurous stuff :)

Answer #3

I would skydive or bungee, its a bit chiche, but when you tell people f all the cool stuff you have done, they always say oh did you go skydiving too?! and you’re like… no… never got around to that… Lol. So skydive or something.

Personally, for me, I would spend time in less developed cities helping others. There is an old saying ‘You have never lived until you have changed the life of a person that could never repay you.’ And I find that to be very true.

Heres a list of stuff that would be cool to do, Some of it may take a while, or could be done bit by bit over the course of a few years. Hope it strikes your imagination!

-Swim with dolphins -swim with sharks -go cage diving -go on a cruise -go tramping with people you don’t know… after the tramp you will be such good friends -get an animal -see the 7 wonders of the world -think of something you did as a child and enjoyed, and do it again. -get your name in the newspaper for something good go to the airport and get a ticket to the next leaving flight… I want to do this so much! it would be amazing! Probably funner if you went with a friend though. -Climb a big mountain. just to be able to say ‘pffft thats nothing, I climb mountains for fun.’ -step foot in each continent -host a class teaching small children life skills or what you consider to be important. -see all your family all over the world again.

Answer #6

Go canoing, go on picnics, take the time to relax and explore. Go out to eat during the night. Spend more time with your family and make sure to take pictures. You can scrapbook and keep the memories fresh. Spoil yourself rotten, you deserve it. :)
