this been bugging me. what do this mean

When you're dying, wavering between "the world of the living and the world of the dead", you shall fear no evil, rather take comfort in knowing the Lord is with you.
I took it as the World being the valley with temptation constantly, but as children of God we are to fear no evil, for Gods rod and staff comforts me.
exactly. Its pretty much telling you god will be there for you in the world where there is evil so you shall not be frightened or have fear.
