Whip me into shape, someone!

All of my friends are beautiful and they don’t even have to try. They have the best metabolisms and I got dealt the worst genes in the world. To top it off, they all call themselves fat when they know I am much bigger and it really hurts me. I eat off the charts healthy and I play club soccer so I’m always active, but I still can’t feel comfortable in a swimsuit because of my stomach and thunder thighs. Any advice on how to slim down my waist and legs? My ASB class is requiring a beach day, and I don’t wear my swim suit even around my best friend. I need a full work out that will work fast. Please. Help me.

sry I dont know anything bout that but if you ask me I would say that looks dont matter we only have one life are you going to waste yours thinkin bout your looks??

Stop comparing yourself to your friends. Do you think you would you be happy if you were thinner, but STILL THINKING you’re fat… like they do?
