Which is better for earning: eBay or Amazon?

I want to earn some dollors…I just searched for these two sites. can any one tell me which is better?

Answer #1

Craigslist is better. It has millions of people on everyday, and it’s free to post an ad. Ebay bilks you out of money to post an ad there. Wouldn’t go back there again EVER.

Answer #2

I have sold a lot of stuff on ebay. It’s really easy and you can print your own shipping label through paypal and have your mail carrier pick it up. Ebay fees are a bit high, but I just add $2 handling charge to every item to offset that. Good luck!

Answer #3

it depends on what items you want to sell, and how many. and wha kind of profit margin you are after. Ebays costs can be rather a lot, thats the bad thing, so if you can wait for a sale, and youve got the sort of stuff that people buy on amazon, that your best bet.

Answer #4

If you’re wanting to make some money selling things, ebay is probably the best bet. Make sure you write good descriptions for the items you’re trying to sell, and take decent photographs of the items.

Amazon is a good site too, but ebay has the mega traffic. Good luck to you!

Answer #5

I think for every item I’ve sold on Amazon, I’ve lost about 20% of my original earnings.

I can never sell anything on eBay, though.

Answer #6

Ebay is an auction website while Amazon.com is just a website with a fixed priced items
