Where do you get your belly button peirced? I live in sacramento
You go to a professional piercing place. There are tattoo places who also do piercings and there are also just plain piercing shops out there. Most places have standards that you have to be at least 18 or older to get a piercing/tattoo of any kind. However, most places will allow you to get one if your under 18 and have a parent/legal guardian there with you when you have it done so that they can sign forms/agree to everything. If you want to find a local piercing place in your area - you can look it up in phone books or on google.

I think you have to be an adult to get one but I am not sure.
