you need to find some company thats willing to host a sight for you, then you need to ether do some coding and build a sight or find a template. Check out my sight (yes I know its in serious need of an update) http://www.devinsword.com
P.S. if your going to build a sight, I sugest you use the program homesite its the best there is (in my opinion)
I have a website on freewebs & it’s free you only have to pay if you want extra stuff if you go to the website it should have a thing where it explains the packages to choose how you want to set up your website
u mean like to create a sight and have its url b .com? well go to freewebs.com, create a sight for free…but to make it a .com it costs like $12 a year or sumthin.
