Where can I rent a car If iI am under 21??

Is there anywhere that will allow me to rent a car if I am under 21 years old?? Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

in new york… or may be the smaller car rental companies… (like local places?)

Alamo, Avis, Hertz and National require all drivers to be 25 or older. Budget, Dollar, Enterprise and Thrifty rent to drivers over 21

I dont think you will be able to find a place that will let you rent a car if your under 25.You could get someone older to rent it for you,and have them put you as one of the drivers.

None of the national chains rent to anyone under 25. You have to go with local rental companies.
