When you're pregnant are you more prone to colds?

I’m about 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve been getting a lot of colds and sinus infections lately..is that because I’m pregnant or is it just a coincidence? And is it bad for me to always be sick?

Answer #1

having a cold well pregnant is a bad match but since your pregant you should see a doctor

Answer #2

Your immune system is naturally compromised when you are pregnant. That is why pregnant women are more susceptible to colds and infections. It isn’t abnormal, however you need to stay in touch with your doctor to make sure that a simple cold doesn’t turn into influenza or something worse.

Answer #3

having the cold isn’t a good thing at all during a pregnancy..because it can damage your unborn baby very badly…so go see a doctor very quickly
