when you bleed heavily for 3 days & it goes away can you be pregnan

I am worried that I could be pregnant I was bleedin heavily for 3 days a day after havin sex with my boyfriend & it went away I never had that hppn before could I be pregnant?

When youre pregnant, the embryo gets implanted in the wall of your uterus. Before this happens, the uterus wall gets thick and cushion-ey to prepare for pregnancy once every month.. So when youre having your period, its this thickened wall that starts to break-down because its not of any use anymore.. Since the wall is made up of body tissue and mucus, we females bleed every 28-30 days. So when you DO get pregnant, theres no chance youre having your period. Its either one or the other. But theres no chance of bleeding three days straight when youre pregnant.. its near impossible.
