Between 1-8 pm PST…it’s more or less peak time for that 7 hour block, what hour during that time, depends on the day of the week & other factors (eg, random spikes in interest, higher than normal returning visitors for the day, etc).
I think more American’s use this site So around evening or after 7 I think =)

probably in weekends in the after noo and and night since people are leastest busy and dont have anything to do .
