When do you worry about swellins after a lip piercing?

Got my bottom lip done Thursday evening, the right side of my lip is like twice the ssize of the other, we she was piercing it she did say I had a lot more tissue then most and there was blood rolling down my chin…is that norm. and just wondering if I ‘m freakin for no reason since today is only the third day??

thank you guys your advice it helps I tend to freak out over little stuff, but I did go back and she said that it should be fine…thank god!

I forgot to add, if you see a rash (red one or white one) anywhere close to the piercing, then you need to see the piercer and possibly a doctor.

What color is your lip? Some swelling is normal, however when it turns blue, your lip is numb or you have any funny discharge coming out, then it is time to go back to the piercer and speak to her.

I suggest that you go back and just ask her if it is normal or phone. Rather be safe than sorry.

IM PRETTY SURE EVERYTHINGS NORMAL I THINK THE SIDE THAT WAS BLEEDING THE PERSON WHO PEARCED IT MIGHT HAVE HIT A NERVE AND THAT COUSES YOU TO BLEED AND THE SWELING TAKES AT LEAST 1-2 WEEKS SOO I WOULD WORRY THAT MUCH
