you could be …there is always the possiblity to get pregnant off precum..the cum can still get you pregnant even if his “shaft” isn’t fully in.

I wouldn’t worry about it at all. First he never actually put it in you and second he didn’t even have an orgasim. I know that thinking about it is scary, but trust me your not pregnant- just wait- in a week or two you will have your period like normal. Too make you feel better though next time he’s messing around down there like that just make sure he’s wearing a condom- then you can do whatever you like and not worry about it like you are now.
