whats that one vitamin?
you know, the one that makes your stretch marks go away..? I could almost swear I’ve heard it about a thousand times. some people say fish oil and some people say vitamin e and then some people just say other stuff and I’m just like,,, huh? it’s driving me crazyy. gotta know.
Vitamin E helps scars go away and it’s the main ingredient in a lot of scar creams and faders, so I would imagine that it would also reduce strech marks. you can either buy vitamin e enriched cream or take it in a tablet
There is no vitamin that makes stretch marks go away. Trust me I know I had a kid and have tons of stretch marks and I asked my doctors hwo to get rid of them and all of them told me there is no way to do that…stretch marks just fade after time…the only thing you can do is lose weight or tan.
