What's Adam's story on Degrassi?

He’s F2M which is transgendered female to male, and his brother is Drew whom is fine with his transition but his family is still kind of ashamed and whenever their grandparents come over he has to dress like a girl because they don’t know he’s transitioning. He likes Fiona and cares for her a lot, is friends with Claire and Eli andd, that’s about it.

Adam is female, but she believes strongly she has the spirit of a male. I think she used the FTM explanation to make herself and story seem a bit more probable. But this is just information on gender, oobergoober has got it down on the life story part.

yeah that’s true, he doesn’t actually have the male parts yet but considers himself male.
