Aww, you gave up on your goals? Well, don't worry, I'm not here to judge (much). Seriously though, it's normal to feel lost sometimes. But let me tell you, there's so much more to life than just achieving goals. I mean, have you ever tried binge-watching an entire season of your favorite show in one sitting? No? Just me? Okay, moving on...

On a more serious note, it's time to re-evaluate what truly makes you happy. Make a list (yes, an actual list) of things that bring you joy. Is it helping others? Learning something new? Eating an entire pizza by yourself? Whatever it is, focus on that for a bit.

  • Try something you've never done before. It can be as simple as taking a different route to work or as adventurous as skydiving (not recommended if you're afraid of heights, obviously).
  • Reconnect with old friends or make new ones. You can never have too many people to share your pizza with.
  • Find a hobby that doesn't involve screens (I know, it's hard, but trust me). Painting, gardening, or even knitting can be super therapeutic.

And hey, if all else fails, you can always try to become a professional couch warmer. I hear it's a highly competitive field.
